The product is in stock at the time of the price matching
The price is lower even after considering differences in shipping costs
The price excludes volume or membership discounts
If a price includes a voucher-type discount, that discount must be live and visible to all site visitors at the time of the price matching.
If all the criteria are fulfilled, we will deduct the difference in the two prices you have to pay in-store, or send you a discount voucher code to use at The Cashmere Choice online shopping basket for a future purchase.

Price Promise - Terms and Conditions
All of the products we stock for delivery within the UK are eligible for a price match.
However, the following conditions apply:
The product must be identical in every way to that offered at The Cashmere Choice. For example, the lower-priced product at the other store must be the same brand, model, season, style, color, size, weight, quantity. It also can’t be a used, refurbished, damaged, open-box, or display item.
The product must be in stock at the other store, at the time of the price matching.
Delivery costs will be considered when comparing prices.
The comparison must be based on the assumption that only that particular product alone is being ordered. In other words, the delivery cost (where free delivery is not available) will be added to The Cashmere Choice selling price, and the other store's delivery cost will be added to its selling price, before the price comparison is completed.
The other store's price must be publicly advertised online and verifiable at the time of the price matching, and cannot include any volume, personal or membership discounts. We will not match multi-item promotional offers like “buy one get one free”, bulk buying discounts or part exchange discounts. Additional voucher type discounts are accepted, but must be live and visible to all site visitors at the time we conduct the price match. For instance, we will price match against a price inclusive of a voucher discount, but only if the voucher is clearly available to all customers at the time we match the price.
The other store must sell directly to consumers, for example, no auction or marketplace sites like ebay or Amazon Resellers.
No other promotional offers or loyalty discounts can be used with a product which is price matched. In other words, discount vouchers cannot be applied to price matched products to receive a further discount.
We will price match up until 7 days after purchase. The 7 days will be measured from the time of purchase to the time the price match is requested. The other store's price must be verifiable at the time of the matching. In this post-purchase period, we cannot match our own prices, only those of competitors.
When providing a price match post purchase, we will attempt to provide you a refund within two weeks. We will issue you a refund in the form of a discount voucher to be used for a future purchase.
Multiple items may be purchased (or retroactively discounted post purchase to match a competitor price). Quantities must be reasonable for personal use or consumption.
The other store's price must be publicly available to purchase for at least twenty four hours. We are unable to price match ‘flash sale’ promotions available for less than twenty four hours. This is so we can verify a competitor’s price at time of matching. We will not retrospectively match Black Friday/Mega Monday flash deals, or anything similar.
The Cashmere Choice reserves the right to decline matches against competitor prices which reasonably appear to be in error or against illegitimate or counterfeit stock. We also reserve the right to cease or modify this Price Match policy at any time.
How long do I have to return an item I purchased on the Cashmere Choice website?
You may return items (full-price or reduced) to us for refund or exchange within 28 days of when you receive them, provided they are unworn and undamaged.
How long do I have to return an item I purchased on the Cashmere Choice Shop?
Full-price items may be returned to the store for refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase.
Reduced-price items may be returned to the store, for exchange only, within 28 days of purchase.
All returned items need to be unworn and undamaged.
How do you make refunds?
Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. Sometimes you need to allow up to 15 days for a refund to be made to your credit card.
Refunds on returned items (which are not faulty) will not include the original delivery charge or the cost of returning the goods to us.

How to return an item?
You can return items in person, or with the Royal Mail using either “Proof of Postage”or “Recorded Delivery”.
You are responsible for return items until we receive them. Please retain proof of postage when you post them. We are unable to accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit during their return to us.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Original condition means that items must be unused and unworn, with no marks, scent or damage and in a condition that it can be resold. Wherever possible, items should be returned in their original packaging with any product tags/tickets still attached.
Be careful when you try on clothing. You should not be wearing any make-up, hair product, fragrance, deodorant or other creams or substances, which may mark or damage the product.
My item has arrived faulty
We are sorry to hear your item has arrived damaged or faulty.
Please return it to us as soon you become aware of the fault.
If we accept that we sent out a faulty item to you, we would refund you in full, the amount you paid for the item, plus the delivery costs.
I received the wrong item
We are very sorry to have sent you the wrong item.
Please return it to us as soon as possible.
Once we receive the returned item we can refund you in full, the amount you paid for it, plus the delivery costs.
