Wash with care
Hand wash in cool water with a small amount of baby shampoo or specialist cashmere detergent. Never wring. Rinse gently and press out excess water with a clean towel. Take particular care with the fringes, laying them flat to dry rather than pulling or twisting.

Dry flat
Lay flat on a clean towel away from direct heat and sunlight. Reshape while damp. Never tumble dry or hang to dry, as the weight of water will stretch the fibres permanently.

Protect during storage
Store in a sealed breathable cotton pouch to protect against moths and dust between seasons. Never use a plastic bag, as it traps moisture and can cause mildew.
