Our price promise to you

At the Cashmere Choice London, we set competitive prices for all our products. If you find a UK high street competitor offering a better price for the same item, we will match that price.

As part of our Price Promise to you, we will match prices up to 7 days after your purchase.

Criteria for a match:

You purchase is eligible for a price match provided:

• The product is identical in every way to the one you purchase at The Cashmere Choice
• The product is in stock at the time of the price matching
• The price is lower even after considering differences in shipping costs
• The price excludes volume or membership discounts
• If a price includes a voucher-type discount, that discount must be live and visible to all site visitors at the time of the price matching.

If all the criteria are fulfilled, we will deduct the difference in the two prices you have to pay in-store, or send you a discount voucher code to use at The Cashmere Choice online shopping basket for a future purchase.

Price Promise - Terms and Conditions

All of the products we stock for delivery within the UK are eligible for a price match.

However, the following conditions apply:

1. The product must be identical in every way to that offered at The Cashmere Choice. For example, the lower-priced product at the other store must be the same brand, model, season, style, color, size, weight, quantity. It also can’t be a used, refurbished, damaged, open-box, or display item.
2. The product must be in stock at the other store, at the time of the price matching.
3. Delivery costs will be considered when comparing prices.
4. The comparison must be based on the assumption that only that particular product alone is being ordered. In other words, the delivery cost (where free delivery is not available) will be added to The Cashmere Choice selling price, and the other store's delivery cost will be added to its selling price, before the price comparison is completed.
5. The other store's price must be publicly advertised online and verifiable at the time of the price matching, and cannot include any volume, personal or membership discounts. We will not match multi-item promotional offers like “buy one get one free”, bulk buying discounts or part exchange discounts. Additional voucher type discounts are accepted, but must be live and visible to all site visitors at the time we conduct the price match. For instance, we will price match against a price inclusive of a voucher discount, but only if the voucher is clearly available to all customers at the time we match the price.
6. The other store must sell directly to consumers, for example, no auction or marketplace sites like ebay or Amazon Resellers.
7. No other promotional offers or loyalty discounts can be used with a product which is price matched. In other words, discount vouchers cannot be applied to price matched products to receive a further discount.
8. We will price match up until 7 days after purchase. The 7 days will be measured from the time of purchase to the time the price match is requested. The other store's price must be verifiable at the time of the matching. In this post-purchase period, we cannot match our own prices, only those of competitors.
9. When providing a price match post purchase, we will attempt to provide you a refund within two weeks. We will issue you a refund in the form of a discount voucher to be used for a future purchase.
10. Multiple items may be purchased (or retroactively discounted post purchase to match a competitor price). Quantities must be reasonable for personal use or consumption.
11. The other store's price must be publicly available to purchase for at least twenty four hours. We are unable to price match ‘flash sale’ promotions available for less than twenty four hours. This is so we can verify a competitor’s price at time of matching. We will not retrospectively match Black Friday/Mega Monday flash deals, or anything similar.
12. The Cashmere Choice reserves the right to decline matches against competitor prices which reasonably appear to be in error or against illegitimate or counterfeit stock. We also reserve the right to cease or modify this Price Match policy at any time.

FREE Standard UK Shipping With Royal Mail 24 (1-2 Working Days)

UK Next Day Delivery

Next Day UK delivery is £9.95 and is dispatched with Royal Mail Special Delivery.
When you order before 2pm, delivery will arrive by 1pm next working day.

Worldwide Delivery

We dispatch your order on the same working day as your order, or the next working day at the latest.
Shipping cost will depend on what you order. Typically, customers pay between £5 to £20+.
After you enter you shipping address, you will see the exact shipping cost - just before the payment page.
Delivery times vary from country to country.
Deliveries to Europe, USA, and Canada, typically arrive 5-10 business days. Delivery to some countries may take longer.

DHL Delivery 

UK Express Delivery for orders made before 2pm

You will receive a notification from DHL Express On-Demand Delivery which will provide you with email or SMS updates about your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date/time. If the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule, the free service helps you to choose the time and place of delivery. This gives you flexibility and control over your shipment. 

International Mail Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email, which will share a link to track your shipment. Your final mile delivery will be completed by the local postal authority in your country specified. 

EU deliveries
You can choose Express Worldwide for an order made before 2pm and DHL will deliver in 1-2 business days.
When you choose Economy Select, you can expect DHL to deliver in 3-7 business days.

Non-EU International Deliveries
When choosing Express Worldwide, for orders made before 2pm, DHL will deliver in 1-5 business days.
