When to wash cashmere sweaters?

It depends how, and for how long, you are wearing your cashmere sweater. Our customers tell us that, on average, they wash a cashmere sweater after wearing it three times – assuming you have it on 3-4 hours for each wear.

If you are wearing your cashmere sweater over a base layer, you can air the cashmere sweater after wear and you will need to wash it less frequently. 

If you spill food or drink on your cashmere sweater, you should wash or dry clean it as soon as possible.
